Pool out of order

We love staying here because it is close to our daughter's home and we love the restaurants. The service is good and the cleaning staff is always very friendly and helpful. Although we were very disappointed this time around because every time we tried to use the swimming pool it was closed. We would see people in the pool every morning but when we would return to hotel it would be closed. The pools hours were supposed to be from 8am-10pm and we were not able to use the pool at all. Nobody could even give us a good reason on why it was closed. It had been in the high 90's - low 100's the entire time we were in Vegas. So it really would have been nice if we were able to use the pool. After all we have to pay the hotel fees. I did not complain to the hotel management but since you are asking I am giving our experience. Part of our family also watched a movie in the theater which they enjoyed very much. My only other suggestion is to make sure all the faucets are working properly. If you did not push down on the right spot to turn the faucet off it would leak a stream of water. In spite of a few hiccups we would definitely stay here again.

Nasty look. Smells like smoke and walls so thin, you can hear everything in other rooms. Ac barely worked. Room was always hot in the summer.

I had no maid service for four straight days. Every night I would tell the front desk clerk about it and they would note it and would let housekeeping know. This went on for four days and the room was finally cleaned the day before I left. Other than that it was an ok place to stay although I probably will not stay there again.
