We travel extensively and I have never written a bad review before but this stay warrants it. We specifically stayed outside of the Vegas strip because we were just passing through and we wanted a quiet hotel. The hotel is located right next to a set of train tracks and freight trains were going all night long and it was impossible to sleep through. They put us on the third floor and then told us the elevator was out of service. The hot tub was cold because the heater was out of service and the response from the front desk person was ”sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. There was a party going in the room next door from 12-2:30am, loud music bass thumping, yelling, etc. and hotel management did nothing about it. The party was not the hotel’s fault - they cannot control who checks in, however, not addressing it with the other party is irresponsible. I don’t know how this hotel gets an 8.6 rating on hotels.com. That is ridiculous. It ranks high on the list of our worst hotel experiences ever. The hotel itself is clean and the breakfast was good, but those are the only two positive things I can say about this hotel.

Don’t do it

When we checked in the elevator was broken the pool and Jacuzzi did not work, which we were looking forward to plus our room face the train tracks and the trains went by at 1 AM 3:30 AM, 4:30 AM and 5:30 AM Guarantee you, I will never stay there again

This place was a nightmare. The receptionist was extremely rude. The elevators do not work, no crib for the baby, the shower curtain didn’t work, and the toilet was broken. Will never stay here again.

Elevator was broken and we were never advised of this. We were placed in the 3rd floor with no elevator! Noisy 3rd floor and it appears people live there full time and you can hear fighting going on. This is not a Best Western, its the worst!

This is my last time staying at a Best Western. There were too many items not working. The elevator was broken - this wasn't shared with me until I checked in. Thank goodness I was able to navigate the stairs. The hot tub was broken I was given one key card as they ran out of cards and needed someone to check out to give me the second card. No housekeeping came The room itself was okay

We enjoyed the included daily breakfast and parking. Location is isolated from the regular Vegas atmosphere which we wanted because we were traveling with young kids. The elevator & hot tub were broken, our remote didn’t work for our tv. Our room wasn’t cleaned 1 out of 3 days of our stay. Service could have been friendlier, beds weren’t the most comfortable. Property could use some updating. If basic is what you’re looking for, this is it.
