Hotel was very out dated and run down. Carpet was in poor shape and definitely needed replaced. Didn’t get cleaning service so had to go down to front desk and ask for clean towels.

Elevator sounded as it was going to stop, no working ice machine only bottom floor, hallways, walls, carpet were dirty and very old, bathrooms were very tiny, one tiny soap in the bathroom for both shower and sink, paid for three people got towels for only two, TV didnt work had to call and they said kids played with it but happened again in the am? Breakfast was cardboad food and horrible coffee . Sheets were clean, but strange that the whole wall behind the two beds was a mirror, sure it was since the room was so tiney they thought it made it bigger. wont be back.

Would not recommend

This hotel is in serious need of an update. They put us in an ADA room and the shower was a joke. The water poured off the curtain onto the bathroom floor, flooding it. This created a mess and a huge slipping/falling hazard. The bed was rock hard, and not a king as reserved. The blackout curtains didn't come down far enough to block out bright morning light. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

Very dirty, poor quality hotel. The pool was empty when we arrived, our room had holes in the walls, and the shower took 10 minutes to get warm, let alone hot enough to want to use.
