Overall my experience was excellent. It started a little rough when I was checking in. But after check in it was great! Very convenient location, rooms were really nice and it checked all of our boxes. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location. Reserved a room with a King bed well in advance and was given two queens instead. Was told they did not have a room with a King bed, but could have upgraded to a King bed for a higher cost. Wasn't happy about that situation. Pool was closed but able to use pool at Paris hotel.

The kiosk was not working and we waited 45 minutes to check in. Online I booked a room that said recently renovated but the room we got was not so newly renovated. However we do like the location of the Horseshoe, the tables with low minimums and the walkway to the Paris casino.

Could be greatly improved by a tea kettle in rooms to make own tea/coffee during stay. The elevators to car park and the exit area were very rattley and noisy did not feel well maintained. The mini frifdge set so cold it froze the food and drinks inside with no way to adjust it. The linen and towels were nice, otherwise extremely basic facility.

Ok for one night
I expected the hotel to be in better shape since it’s “newer” but unfortunately the hotel and room were not in the best condition. The check in on the kiosk was a hassle and wouldn’t work but someone helped us out. Overall, the hotel was ok for a one night stay.
