Watch for bait and switch with additional charges

Check in was understaffed and the room that was booked was not available. Needed two beds but had to deal with one king size bed for 2 adult men. Credit card was charged way more than the stated amount and if I had not called I’m sure charges would have been maintained

Booked a room on a non-smoking floor. As we were walking down the hall toward our room after checking in, a woman in the room next to us came out into the hall and extended a giant cloud of vape smoke. She saw us and immediately went back in. The hall and our room both reeked of pot. We talked to the front desk and they moved us to a similar room on the other side of the floor…with a wonderful view of the air conditioning equipment and flood lights right outside the windows. The room may have been clean, but it was hard to tell based on the number of stains on the carpet, walls, and even ceiling. The whole hotel is very dated and none of the staff seemed particularly happy to be working there. Definitely won’t be staying here again.
