The room looked nothing like what was presented in the pictures.. reeked of cigarettes. The lobby reeked the most bit so did the room. Wall plugs didnt hold the adaptors in.

It was clean and cozy. Needed room key to get into the elevator to get to rooms which made it feel safe. We booked a non smoking room but when we checked in they didn’t have any so had to settle with a smoking room. Tv didn’t work but overall got the job done.

The stench of dirty carpet and cigarette smoke is enough to gag you. When I finally got a room I turned the heat and it set off the smoke alarm. I got another room and asked them to comp one night. They only comped the "resort" fee. The shower did not have a complete door on it so water splashed all over the floor. For Arizona Charlie's to call this a resort is a joke!
