The in-room coffee pot was placed/plugged in where it was impossible to use; we had to move it to the night stand to find a plug in that worked (the plug where the pot could have sat conveniently, and where the stand-alone lamp should have been plugged in, did not work, and we could not use the stand-alone lamp unless we attempted to pull out the dresser, etc, where the fridge was plugged in). The view from our window was a roof (nothing else visible) and the window itself was absolutely filthy! The room itself was otherwise reasonably clean, except for the toothpaste spot from a previous occupant that I wiped off the sink counter. Only 2 skimpy pillows were supplied and when we requested additonal pillows only 2 more were allowed. The button on the phone to the front desk (to request the pillows) did not have a ring tone and we had to go down to the front desk to request the pillows when the Housekeeping button went unanswered. When checking in we were charged an additional $150 which we were told wd be returned to our credit card 3-5 days after checkout if there were no damages to our room. We had to leave our ID at the Front Desk before they wd supply us with a cart to take our luggage to and from our room; it was embarrassing to cart our luggage, etc., thru all the slot machine customers to get the elevator to get to our room ... AND like everywhere else in Las Vegas and Nevada ... the downstairs hotel ABSOLUTELY REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE and carried to our n/s room
