The property is charming, Spanish style with a lot of carved wood, tile floors and talavera accents. We liked the old world charm. Rooms were very clean, and well care for, beds were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

The hotel is dated and worn. Some of the rooms are completely interior, i.e., have no windows nor natural light. The pool is indoors, literally in the lobby, next to the front desk, stairs, and restaurant.

The rooms down our hallway were being renovated. At the end of the hallway was a plastic "wall" showing where they were working on the rooms. There was a sign upon check-in telling us this. If you're just looking for a place to sleep but not really care about the look of the room, then this is the hotel for you. The entrance is beautiful and the staff were welcoming. But if you're looking for a well-put, nicely decorated place, maybe wait a few months before staying. We stayed June 2025. Our room was definitely dated and the temp was 89 degrees when we entered it. There was a small sign near the thermostat that said to not place it lower than 69 degrees otherwise it would freeze the pipes. Luckily, we had to grab dinner so we turned on the cooler and by the time we returned it was okay.

The noise from outside can be heard. My door didnt have the proper wearher stripping because hot air was blown in constantly. The maids would shut my AC EVEYRDAY after i ledt so when i came back from 106° it would be hot in my room. The room never gets totally dark. The fridge is loud.

The inside pool was nice, there was no hot tub though. Also, there was no hot breakfast due to construction. That was an unpleasant surprise

This is not a family friendly hotel. Booked 2 rooms and requested connecting rooms. Upon arrival they informed me all connecting rooms doors are bolted shut. I asked to cancel my reservation and receive a refund which they refused. Management is unreasonable. I don’t recommend staying here if you have kids and need multiple rooms.

They should have tell us the restaurant and bar was close since they are remodeling .2021 was great when we stayed here now not good very disappointed couldn't sleep all nite since the AC and toilet making to much noise and the TV i had to put on where the microwave was for us to see it .NEED new furniture and plug for cell phone
