run down hotel
i have stayed here before and it was a 10 our of 10. This -pace is really run down and beat up and no effort to fix or make upgrades. Looks like they are building a new one very close bye. Limited access and poor and dark lighting

Front door broken on our building. No waffles, no Orange juice. 3 muffins. No at all what was expected. Very disappointed. The woman at registration made up a lame excuse about a truck not showing up, I thought maybe the cook didn’t show up. I will never stay At a La Quinta again. Days inns have been nicer.

Extremely dirty. Staff is nice but the whole hotel, especially the rooms, are filthy. Felt I needed to shower after my shower. Hairs all over. Dirty floors, dirty beddings. Filthy bathrooms

The lobby smelled like human feces and the room smelled like a urinal. The employee didn’t even know where our room was located on the property. The bathroom was filthy, carpet ripped up and ceiling tiles about to fall. There were homeless people and junkies wandering around the parking lot. We had our 17 month baby with us and refused to expose her to that filth so we checked in and immediately checked out without receiving a refund. 10/10 would never in a million years recommend. That place needs to be condemned.

Reserved a king but only two queens available. Had to go through four rooms before i was given a room thay was clean, not occupied, or functional. Unable to use TV because of no remote. Was told originally no rooms were available on first floor and no elevator. Third and fourth room i tried was on first floor so original statement was a bold face lie.

For Shame
Truly, Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this wreck. When Wyndham bought the property, they apparently put all their money into hype and PR; not into making this a decent place to stay. I have stayed at several Wyndham hotels over the last few years, but nothing this bad. Just briefly: fist-sized holes in the walls, a room heater that labored noisily all night and didn't heat the room, no heater in the bathroom, thin blanket (it was 40 degrees outside, and not much more than that inside), frayed carpet with mysterious spots; the list goes on. While the desk staff were friendly, nothing they could do to offset this travesty of a hotel. I feel I am owed an apology, and a refund. Oh: and I'll have to think twice about staying at a Wyndham property again.

The entrance was historically cool but as I walked to my room, the appearance was not very appealing. The carpets need a good shampooing, more tv remote to distribute, and my room smelled like an animal defecated and was musky. Definitely needs some more updating. But the staff was amazing and helpful.

Staff was great and helpful. Property wasn’t excellent, but I’m assuming it was because some of it was under construction. It was clean, but not spotless if that makes sense. Good price for a quick overnight stay. Would stay again

Read the fine print before you book!
I ended up not staying at this hotel. When I booked it, the info said it was pet friendly, but when I tried to complete the online booking it said it was NOT pet friendly and that i would be charged $250 if I brought in pets! I then requested a free cancelation which they denied! Either the hotel is pet friendly or it isn't! Make up your mind! So I got charged for a room I didn't even use! Completely unacceptable to say the least!
