I travelled with a person in wheelchair, so in the reservation I asked for a room in the first floor. When I arrived they gave me a room in the second floor and far away from the stairs. There are no elevators, so I had to carry the wheelchair and the person. They did not respect the reservations conditions and they did not offer any help.

There was like a sewage drain or something that was open in the parking lot, there was some dirty water on the floor and a nasty smell. The room was good but the bathtub had some residue that was a little off putting.
