Pretty run down and needing a lot of updates. Price was do-able and it was mostly clean. No bugs. Didn’t have any problems and bed was comfortable.

This property appears to be in a transitional stage between a dilapidated college party dorm into a Travelodge. The property has 2 x 4's holding up the awning at the front entrance. The hallway to our hotel was absolutely filthy and had trash on the floor. The door to our room had cracks all around the key-card slot. We tried to enter the room with the key card and it did not work. The place smelled of garbage and moldy carpet. Our family of 4 decided to return our key cards and leave the property. This place is utterly disgusting. I will be requesting a refund from Expedia. The poor fellow at the front desk looked like he was aware of all this place's shortcomings when I told him why we wouldn't stay. I don't know what's going on here but: DON'T STAY HERE!

Beds was clean. Property was so dirty! Trash by entrance was overflowing. Stair floors were filthy dirty, Bathroom had film of mineral debris.

Close to I-80 Property is old and needs upgrade. Parking needs a lot of work. We slept good and only coffee with no breakfast that we saw. TV did not have local weather only Denver. We don't drink coffee so herb tea would have been nice. It gave us a quick nights rest

This property looked like it needs to be condemned. My husband would not let me go check in by myself after we got into the lobby and talked to the man with missing teeth that was asking for all the same info the I provided in my perche k in we wakes and and cancel our reservation

Did not even spend the night, it was a total dump, reeked of cooking food, filthy dirty, walls and trim beat up, moldy bathroom, , garbage piled up everywhere, broken down vehicles in the parking lot, appears that people live there full time, just plain nasty

The room is dirty! In the bathroom there's a dirty Q-tip behind the toilet that I know is not ours because we just checked in! There is no heat in the room because they are having .. quote "electrical issues". but yet are still going to charge $180 for a room with no heat!? I don't give a crap if it's a game weekend or not I have stayed here many times and this is not okay! It is freezing in this room! It is 38° outside.
