Walking distance to Disneyland which was super convenient. The buffet breakfast was amazing, however it was missing a coffee machine. Really nice place to relax.

The room was spacious and eco friendly. It's a big hotel almost like a maze! My kid loved to see Mickey and Minnie on the wall and the cute room slippers. Breakfast meet and greet was fun and the food was delicious. I loved how they paid attention to the details for Disney lovers. Everything was quite expensive in Hong Kong and in Disney Land + hotel but I felt there was good reason for the price. There's coupon provided in the room for merchandise discount at hotel souvenir shops. Don't forget to use it before you check out. And when I checked-in, I "accidentally" left the luggage ticket at the lobby desk, and when we returned from Disney Land, the luggage was already in the room so we didn't have to hassle to get our stuff up to the room after a long day at the park.

We really enjoyed our first stay at the Explorer Lodge. The ability to access three Disneyland hotels for activities and facilities is a bonus. We were also pleasantly surprised that we were welcomed to use the facilities prior to check in and after check out. We had a late flight on the check out day so it was super helpful being able to relax in the hotel till it was time to depart for airport. The service was great with us encountering many friendly and helpful staff. The QR code in the room which allowed us to order Amenities was very convenient and there was a wide range of items you could request for. I did find the pillow to be very stiff however with a search in the room I discovered a softer pillow inside one of the cabinets in the room. It was also great having access to a Disney store on site. We encountered Mickey photo session three times during our 2 days stay. Overall a lovely experience and will definitely be keen to stay at one of the Disneyland hotels again. We took Airport express, metro then bus to the hotel. However we have now realised it's cheaper to just take a taxi direct from the airport to the hotel for a family of 4.

The group enjoyed the place. Wish they extended the swimming pool until at least 10:30pm. The momentous finished at 9:20pm by the time we got to the hotel its nearly 9:45pm just 15mins swim to relax. Otherwise its been great.
