Really good stay

I wish I could remember his name but the individual that worked at the front desk was amazing. Very welcoming and funny. I stayed at the hotel for 3 night. It was a solo trip, felt very safe.

The T.V in my room did not work. It was reported and nothing was done until I asked about it. The toilet was noisy and I am not sure if it had been cleaned before me checking in. It was not cleaned during my stay. The door to the safe would not close. I am not sure if the room was cleaned other than a linen change due to the fact that I continually stepped on small rocks and other debris when barefoot.

Had high expectations

The rooms need an upgrade. The shower had rust stains around the drain, and the water pressure was a little low. The air conditioning was located at floor level, next to the bed, and it blew black soot over the white bed covers. I usually stay at the property in Madison when I travel on business and reserved expecting a similar experience, but I now realize that not all properties are created equal.

The free on site parking was great and near by many restaurants and shops. The hotel overall was very quiet and we were never disturbed once. The hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. We’ll definitely be staying again next time we are in Lansing!
