The building is in bad shape. Large piece of stucco ceiling in room was falling. Elevator walls missing pieces. Carpet was recently cleaned - could smell the cleaning solution. Bathroom floor was dirty. Blanket was dirty. I really wanted to like this hotel because the front desk staff was so good but I just couldn’t.

Hotel was not very clean there was garbage all over the outside carpet was stained and dirty. Breakfast looked horrible we actually ended up going out for breakfast. On a bright note the staff was friendly and courteous. Probably wouldn't ever stay there again.

Asked for early check in and we were told the earliest that would be available was 3pm instead of 4pm so that they could ensure the room was clean but did reassure us we would then be able to check in later after our planned event. Staff were rude during check in process. The room was filthy. Had our card not already been charged we would have not stayed there. The bed side lamp was covered in dust to the point that my finger left a “clean” spot when I turned on the light. The black out curtains had splashes of something on them. The chair next to the bed had a very visible splash of something. The floor and shower in the bathroom were not clean. The bed linens did not smell fresh or clean. There was garbage (candy wrappers and such) in the light sconces along the hallway. The portions of the facility we saw looked very unkept.

Not a place I would stay again.
I will never stay here again. They put me in a room way back in the corner and then when I tried to leave, the door wouldn’t shut. They had drywall mess in the bathroom on the floor, and there was a can of spray paint cover-up sitting on the bathroom counter. The walls are paper, thin. There was a lot of activity in the halls through the whole night and into the early morning. The girl at the front desk was sweet and kind. It is definitely a dated place and that doesn’t even bother me.

My girlfriend and i were doing an overnight date night away from family, kids, etc. We have a sense of humor and were not put off, but I did work in Las Vegas for 11 years and wanted to pass along a couple observations. We stayed in Rm. 294 under the C. Greene reservation and checked in at about 0330 due to my job hours. Immediatelty wanted to take a shower, and while waiting for the water to warm up, notices there was an unused menstrual pad and packaging in the bathroom trash can. We got in the shower and the left housing black platic cover came undone on the shower rod which prevented the curtain from closing. Floor got wet but we cleaned it up. We laid down to watch south park and relax and the tv remote has gray duct tape holding the batteries in. We were also given an explanation of a way to get to the room during checkin that seemed confusing and was a little adventure for us to find the room, but when we checked out the HSKP that we encountered showed us a much faster way to get to the lobby. None of these are earth shattering but combined left us a little underwhelmed at a rare date night. Will probably stay there again because everything else was satisfactory, just a couple of issues.

I made a reservation in an unfamiliar area, and unfamiliar STATE. It was important I found a SAFE, comfortable, clean hotel and the Ramada by Wyndham in Lansing, MI provided that and more! Not only was the property represented on hotels.com exactly as it appeared in person; the front desk STAFF was extremely helpful and kind! Excellent hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff, clean and enjoyable amenities! I would definitely book this hotel in Lansing, MI again!

This was just adequate for my needs and wants. The greeting for Check-In was great. The room was spacious for my needs, and clean. The bathroom had good water pressure, but very outdated, and smelled a of bit mildew. (Which I'm not surprised with not having a fan.) My biggest issue was the pool, and jacuzzi. Most of the rooms, including mine, have their window face the Pool. Which was quite noisy with lots of kids on a Saturday night, until they were ushered out at 10pm. Could we not have an adults only time after 10pm like a few other places I've stayed at? And, the jacuzzi was closed and drained. Looks like it's been that way for a while. And, I booked this hotel so I could use that. Breakfast is just an average spread of continental fare. The outdoor landscape is clean and well maintained. The indoor courtyard is a bit of an overgrown mess.

This place is extremely rundown. Even though our towels and sheets smelled of chlorine bleach, there still were stains present. Sidewalks leading up to the lobby entrance are damaged and a danger tripping hazard. When we arrived, there was the smell of marijuana being used by a group of 4-5 people standing outside one of the side entrances. At check in, staff was indifferent and non welcoming.

This is an old hotel that badly needs to be upgraded. Things are broken and not fixed (hot tub, ice machine on 2nd floor), printer in business center was out of toner for over 2 weeks. Rooms are supposed to be cleaned every 4 days, however, they only cleaned my room when I “checked out” (I checked out & back in each week). Price was good but uncomfortable place to stay.

During my breakfast I moved a chair in the breakfast dining area and a roach was underneath the chair leg. I didn't eat down in that area after that.
