The hotel itself was fine. Our room was VERY clean. I am one of those people that wipe everything down before moving in and I was extremely impressed how clean it was. Unfortunately, there was a softball tournament going on and the hotel was filled with extremely inconsiderate people. Blaring music at 5:30am, slamming doors at all hours, yelling in the halls and running through the hotel like it was a play gym.

The property was kept up nicely and the staff were all very friendly. We have booked our stay in two different bookings so the were supposed to clean our room after the second day but no one cleaned it but I am guessing that it wasn’t clear on the paperwork.

Great experience at Fairfield West. Mia was exceptionally kind and helpful at check-in. Property was very clean. The breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful. We will return if we are in the area !

Got what I needed

Like the fact that check-in was at 3pm. Since it was a Saturday night and got back late, a slightly later breakfast time and check out would have been ideal. Front was very friendly when checking in and out however, lots of noisy children running about in the hallways. Would stay here again.
