Busted and forgotten

It was not properly staffed or properly cared for. For example, front entrance was dark, the repairs were rigged and unsightly like an electric outlet sticking out of the wall and the shelf for the microwave sitting very crooked. Night time staff was nice, but guests coming in were calling and waiting to be greeted for a while.

Stay was decent and the staff was good. Stayed for a night and unfortunately, we had tornado warning that night. It was little noisy. Expect the property cleaner. But it was decent to stay.

Do to our grandson playing ball we are on traveling team. So we booked this one. They would not give us a discount for AARP membership. The rooms have a smell to it. And also the TV doesn’t work and there is no internet!! They pour so much chemicals into the pool it smells the whole hallway. Charge 100 dollars for incidental that’s supposed to be put back on your card in 5 to 7 days. Don’t recommend this one at all!!

Do not stay here! Very ran down and dirty. We went to the store and bought our own cleaners and supplies for the bathroom it was so nasty. Night staff will not do anything for you. We asked for clean towels in the evening and they stated that they wouldn't have any clean towels until morning. We took our trash to the lobby and asked where we could dispose of it and they told us to just leave it in the hallway near our rooms. Our trash sat in our hallway for 2 full days and was still there when we left. The trash outside of the buildings entrances were just piled way above the trash cans for many days. We spoke with management in the building and they gave us a business card with someone else to call and complain. We were directed to call someone named Brandon. He never returned our calls after several attempts. We also tried to call another corporate # and never received a return call from there either. The people that did answer were more than rude and did not resolve any of our issues as they stated someone else would call us back. It was a very disappointing stay that was pre paid for on Expedia. This is my first bad stay at a Country Inn and Suites. Stay very far away from this place.

Was very dirty lots of broken areas like walls corner of walls broken chairs counters. This property should be shut down (closed) hallways smell musty room smelt musty just very disgusting all together everything about the property was disgusting worn out bathtub chairs taped together couch in room had sex staines all over i have pictures of all my complaints

It’s fine.

Our stay was fine. Our room was fine, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. My parents stay across the hall and their room was fine. My sister and family arrived a day after us slightly later and the rooms they tried to give them were basically inhabitable. They had to go to a different hotel. This hotel was basically fully booked because of graduation. The breakfast was fine. This was the only hotel left in the area (my sister had to go further away). It is exactly what it is.
