We stayed to attend our college homecoming. The room had been given attention but smelled stale. The shower drained so slow you would be standing in your own dirt by the end of your shower. I contacted dront desk but by the end of my stay it had not been resolved.

The room was what was expected although i had to pay double because it was the same day as msu game. Shower was kinda dirty and love seat was also dirty. Also only one of my key cards worked when we returned and neither worked on the outside entrance door so we had to walk all the way around to the main entrance

Upon pulling out sleeper sofa the mattress had dried blood on it, kids were less than enthusiastic to sleep on it. We didn’t get bug bugs and our car didn’t get broken into though which was a plus.

The front desk staff were friendly and we have stayed at this property several times for MSU move in. Great location for restaurants and stores, such as Walmart, Target, Marshals, etc. However we were there for 10 days and not once did they clean our room, even after asking multiple times, we had to ask for fresh towels, put our trashcans and used towels outside of the room daily so they could be picked up and emptied. You would walk down the hall and see many rooms doing the same thing. Very frustrating and disappointing!

This was my second time staying here and I would stay again! This place does all of the basic things right. You will get a good night's rest with quiet AC and can enjoy clean areas, breakfast, and fast Wi-Fi. I would highly recommend!
