The hotel was nicely located for visiting the area. It was clean and our room was spacious. We were in the front and the traffic outside was loud. Breakfast was good. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The toilet was comfort height, which is important to me.

Back entrance
After receiving a text asking us how our stay was (we had only been there and hour or so) I responded that the back entrance door was not working correctly. Then I received a reply, “I apologize for that, I will take a look!” Later that night we checked the outside door. We did not even need a key to let ourselves in. Therefore we did not feel safe. Anyone could have come in so I did not feel secure that night. When we left the next morning, I mentioned it to 4 TRU workers walking in to work. They said it’s been causing problems and needed fixing. I thought, YES, it does for safety reasons. Just shocked it wasn’t a priority for TRU.
