The people at the front desk were great, the housekeepers not so great. Stayed three nights no clean towels, had to go down and get towels the third night. Did not empty trash cans or make bed all three nights.

What made our stay at TRU so good was the staff. As happens when you travel, there are issues that come up. Every time we had an issue, the staff was all over it, apologizing for the inconvenience, explaining they would make a change, and solved the problem. The room was clean, breakfast was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and if we go back to that area, we would definitely stay there again.
