This is my second time in this motel, is inexpensive and clean, the staff is nice, and across the street is my favorite restaurant, Dienner’s Country Restaurant, and right down the road, Miller's smorgasbord restaurant

Hotel was nice. Bed was hard as a rock. There was very little water pressure. The tub doesn't drain fast so by the time your done with your shower your are ankle deep in water.

Fair price

The Soudersburg Motel was a good option for the price. There are not many accommodations in the area and unfortunately, there are not many "amenities" either in the rooms or in that area. Again, the price was comparable to the accommodations.

Spacious room

The room was spacious and overall clean in most part. Just the toilet needed more cleaning and hair from previous person in the bathtub walls. This room 216 the ceiling needs to be repair, is cracked and sheetrock is coming down right on top of one of the beds that's very dangerous, also the toilet handle needs to be fix but other than that the room smelled very good and the stay wasn't bad. I will stay here again. Price was great and surroundings

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend We stayed at this hotel for two nights during a family trip to Lancaster, PA. We had high expectations based on the online reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped. While we spent most of our time outside visiting places like Dutch Wonderland and local Amish stores, the hotel served only as a place to sleep — and even then, it fell short. The cleanliness of the room was the biggest issue. One side of the curtain was completely broken, and the room had an overpowering artificial air freshener smell. The beds and overall room design looked outdated and uninviting. Despite being a family of four, we were only provided with towels for two people and a single tiny shampoo and body wash — barely enough for one person. After our first night, we left the room expecting it to be cleaned, but when we returned, both trash cans (still full of used diapers) were untouched. No additional towels, shampoo, or basic toiletries were provided. The bathroom had not been cleaned — there was still hair in the shower drain, and the bath mat was left rumpled. Aside from making the beds, it didn’t seem like any real cleaning had been done, which made us question whether the sheets were clean to begin with. The hotel’s appearance from the outside was decent, but the lobby was messy and neglected. Broken planters, gardening tools, and other clutter made it feel more like a storage area than a welcoming entrance. Upon arrival

Impromptu Family Trip

We stayed in room 205. I wanted to give this hotel a better review. I was pleased with the price, location and cleanliness of the room. Staff were friendly and helpful when called on. The bed was firm, more firm than I’d prefer but some might really like that so I won’t count that as a negative thing. The water pressure was horrible. This is where I felt compelled to lower my rating. It could be an isolated issue, but both mornings of our stay when we went to shower the water would just completely turn off, then after a minute or less it would come back on but only as a trickle, and then it would run full blast for maybe a minute or two tops before going out again. When you have a head full of suds this makes for a difficult shower process. When it first happened we called the front desk and they came to look at it and “fix” it, but the issue wasn’t truly resolved. The second morning we ran into a couple at their car who asked if we had any trouble with the water. Apparently whichever room they were in also had the same problem. I hope they can get this plumbing issue worked out soon. If so, I’d stay there again.

Simple clean effective hotel. Nothing fancy, just a bed a bathroom. If looking for a resort keep looking. If looking for sleeping you got it.
