Loved the place, very clean and loved the brick and high ceiling and wooden beams. Parking was very convenient. They give you fresh towels everyday. We were about 20 minutes away from the Amish activities. Would go back for sure.

Good hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Walkable to downtown. Quiet. Lots of parking. Overall good hotel. Cons for me: (small issues) The Tv in the room did not work correctly, kept freezing and shutting off. The bar didnt have any working drafts, only basic cans/bottles and extremely limited food.

I stayed at this property several times and really liked it. however, this stay was a little disappointing because they gave me A studio queen, which appears to be their smallest accommodation. it had a 7 foot ceiling and I irregularly shaped. barely room for the bed. there wasn’t enough room to put in a luggage stand. Clean, nice staff.

I came to Lancaster on business and booked this hotel for the first time. I have to say, it surpassed my expectations. Had a minor hic-up with WIFI so they moved me into another room that was a huge upgrade. They did it without me specifically asking for any upgrades. The check in was easy, fast and the receptionist was helpful with dining optons, which, there are many very close. I hit the Iron Hill Brewery and The Fridge which were both great. The Fridge has great flatbread pizzas and other dishes whereas the Iron Hill has a complet menu and had a great happy hours special! Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotels can blend together, even nice ones. This one doesn’t. Yes, it has beautiful rooms and attentive staff happy to go above-and-beyond, but the hotel itself is respectful of the beauty of creativity and inspires it in their guests. A departure from the same old same old…and I’m leaving with a long stem rose and memories of a fantastic stay.
