Our stay at Harvest Drive Family Inn

The room was very roomy, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable that we would have had a wonderful night sleep except for the people that had a dog next door to our room that continued to bark, which caused great disturbance. I feel that if people are going to bring dogs that their rooms should be away from the people who do not have dogs, this is very unfair to others who are there and want to enjoy their vacation. We also had next door to us people that were smoking marijuana right outside our room and the terrible smell of marijuana came into our room and made us very sick.

Sheets were like sandpaper and check in process was ridiculous. Had to call a number and give my credit card over the phone for incidentals. Cheap but not worth the money. AC was noisy and not very cold

Our second time here and liked it just as much as first time. Very close to town but you're in the country. Lots to see and do nearby. Wish the roads had wider shoulders for walking.

Such Shabby Motel in a Picturesque Area!!!

Our stay was at Best…less than Fair!! The Room is outdated, where the Bathroom certainly needed updating!!! Concerning the mattress, it was lumpy and made considerable noise when one moved or adjusted themself, while waking the other person up. The Bed is also on wheels, where at one point rolled away from the backboard!!! The refrigerator was more of a freezer while the microwave was very good! At the time, the Motel’s Ice Maker was not functioning. Lastly, with charging less than other Motels and Hotels, they seem to attract a lower class of people. In the next room, a couple who seemed inebriated was involved in a verbal altercation for a significant part of the night. Needless, to say we will not be returning!! Sadly, this Motel is located in such a Beautiful and Picturesque area!!!

Check in was easy and there was someone at the front desk contrary to the email I was sent. The room was clean but our door and lock were questionable. I kept a chair propped under the door knob each night because the lock and door seemed weak and loose and there was no security latch on the door. The door opens to the parking lot. As a woman traveling alone with a young daughter, the door and lock was concerning. This is definitely a motel and not a hotel and is located in the middle of farmland. Desk staff was friendly but only interacted at check in and not sure anyone was there at any other time.

Room 14,only one chair,no smoke alarm,no window lock,leaky shower, very low toilet,could not get onto wifi. no TV guide, no clock,very small room. men working on roof, ice maker not working. I don't like to complain but the stay was over priced and bad. I used to stay here years agomaybe 1990 early 2000, and it was great, never again.
