Well, there was nothing hot for breakfast. Not much of anything to choose from for breakfast. The rooms need updated Paint peeling off the walls Very disappointed in the stay.

We loved our room and the eveninf staff were amazing. But the desk attendant that was there this morning was screaming and yelling because people and I quote "why do you guys keep drinking this fu**ing watered down coffee, I only drink it when I'm trying to sober up.". Other than that individual it was a very quality stay. The coffee wasnt that bad either.

This day was great and the location was wonderful I'm kind of dislike the shower the tub at the bottom was not clean enough for me but overall the room was nice and clean spacious towels and everything room service everything was good was not impressed with the breakfast could have more meat or eggs something hot other than danishes or waffles but overall the state was great

Convenient to major highway. Dining options nearby. Quick check in. Ample parking. Quick access to room from outside. More pastry items for breakfast would have been appreciated. Overall we had a good stay.

I was traveling with my 93 year old Mother. The front desk refused to give us a 1st floor room, said they did not have an elevator, and would not let us use the service elevator. THEY MADE MY 93 YEAR OLD MOTHER WALK UP TWO FIGHTS OF STAIRS!!! We should have left then, but it was to late to get a room some where else. The room was okay. The bedding was awful, scratchy sheets and lumpy pillows. The bathroom was so-so, the room had been partially remodeled, changed the flooring, countertop, and bathroom sink, but they did not change out the tub. The was old, covered in rust stains, just gross. Who does that? Remodeled half a room and leave a gross tub?? I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My room could have used a easy chair other furniture may be a small table and chair.it was kind of bare. The tub was stained and the one light fixture looked like it wasn't complete, the ceiling vent was really dirty. The breakfast could have had more of a selection.

Bed Bugs

Bed bugs found in room, so we were unable to go to Site and Sound with friends and family on prepaid tickets costing 94 dollars each for 6 tickets purchased. Stress on trying to take all necessary measures to provent bringing bed bugs back to our 5 homes. General Manager stayed in back area and letting his staff take responsibility. Staff member got very upset and had a complete meltdown. Which extended in crying, apologizing, and banging his fist on the desk. This experience not only put our health at risk but also caused additional distress in regards to how the staff responded. General Manager promised all three rooms that I had would be refunded on date of incident (5-10-25) but this has not occured as of 5-12-25.

The hotel stay is it's great I'm not too excited about the bathroom part which is the tub situation is really ugly need to upgrade but overall everything is okay I'm not liking the breakfast I like hot breakfast I don't do danishes or bread or muffins like that but overall the stay is okay

Room was not smoke free

I walked in the room and it smelled strong of cigarettes, we knew it was a smoke free room, supposedly, we are there for 4 days and have to put up with that smell. I am not happy. My allergies will be a mess. They sprayed, but it still smells, i asked for another room but none were available
