Excellent hospitality by staff at the front desk! Clean room and convenient to everything. Decent breakfast. For the class of lodging, this is a really nice place. This is my our 3rd time here for a pre-Christmas visit. Definitely recommend.

Hotel was excellent. Room was very clean and very big! Double sinks. Breakfast was nice, name brand biscuits. Central air, however it did not cool. It was 24 degrees outside but I could not get the room temperature below 73 degrees. The pros outweighed this one con; we will be staying here again next year on our next family trip!

LOVED this place. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was awesome with great bathroom and comfortable beds. They even have laundry facilities if needed. Breakfast is excellent. Indoor pool and hot tub were great. This was our home-base for 3 nights. We went into Philadelphia one day and to Gettysburg another day. Spent a day in the Lancaster area. Totally loved the area and this hotel.

The mattresses had mattress protectors on them. The rooms for nice sized. Staff was efficient, accommodating, and they reached out to us to make sure everything was as expected for our stay and our rooms were in perfect order. As a bonus, when we arrived, there was coffee, tea, and other refreshments available as well as cookies, which was a big hit with our grandchildren. We will definitely be staying at this hotel the next time we visit Lancaster area.

the desk staff was very helpful, they found our choice membership online for us, as we had forgotten to use it for our reservation. the room was very lovely, it looked like there was supposed to be a fan in the bathroom, but there wasn't one, it would have been nice to have one, I didn't think the bed was very comfortable, my husband was non committal on that point. the breakfast had some nice options, and the complimentary coffee was very nice. overall it was a lovely stay. thank you
