This was one of the best hotels we have visited in awhile. There was nothing that was overly flashy or fancy but the staff was incredibly nice and the entire atmosphere was very welcoming. Our room was spacious and very clean. We always book a hotel with a pool for my kids. This pool was perfect. The pool area was huge compared to most. The hot tub was spacious. We would definitely come back the next time we visit Lancaster.

The front desk was very cordial and accommodating. When we arrived we were told a room wasn't ready for us which was no big deal since we were an hoir early for check in. Instead of making us wait, they gave us a room upgrade and put us in a suite! The room, indoor pool/hot tub area, grounds, and breakfast room were very clean. We will definitely stay there again when in that area.

We had a great stay! The staff was very welcoming at all times. Our suite was clean with lots of room. Breakfast was well-stocked with a nice variety. The pool was lovely - a very large room with mild temp water. Location was excellent.
