The staff were very kind and helpful, however the hotel is run down and dirty. I’m glad we only booked one night. We did have a handicap accessible room, but it was the furthest from the elevator and the tub would be very hard for someone in a wheelchair to access. It was a big step up, and down into the tub. There was a shower seat and rails all around, but it would have been very hard for someone disabled to access the tub. The handicap parking was also an issue. There was a ramp to the sidewalk, but the sidewalk didn’t lead to the door? The sheets and covers had stains, the walls and grout needed a really good scrubbing, and the sofa had lint, crumbs on it. The hotel did have a sign on the door under renovation, but we saw no evidence of it. We decided not to even look at breakfast, because we were not comfortable with the lack of cleanliness. Definitely can not recommend this hotel, I’m glad we got a good deal on Expedia.

Very convenient for the price. Hotel definitely have some fixing to do in the staircase and new furniture for their rooms. But the entrance is nice the pool area very clean .

Awful smelling hotel with painted wood slabs for doors and walls. Absolutely not worth $150/ night! Even though it is the closest and most convenient hotel near family in the area, I will never stay here again!

Good for convenience but the chipped paint on the walls all throughout the hotel, the dirty carpet in the room and the desk next to bed had stains from previous guest. Not very clean at all.

Horrible dirty smelly wouldn’t recommend to enemy

The hotel is run down and smells of weed and smoke and mold. The paint on the doors in the room looks like the local preschool did it. Hot tub is broken. There under remodel but whoever is doing that does horrible work. I asked for a refund of my 2 nights the hotel denied it saying they tried to fix it but you cannot fix dust smoke which triggers my child’s allergies and asthma causing breathing problems. They tried to offer us another room was not interested after my child getting sick. Even asked hotel for 1 night refund and they wouldn’t. We only stayed in the room long enough for my hold to get sick. Not to mention the bedbug infestation under the mattress. They don’t need to upgrade they need to knock the building over and start again
