I was staying at this property because it had a hot tub, only to fine out when we arrived that it has been broken for sometime. There were signs around stating they were renovating but we seen no signs of renovation going on. The drains were draining VERY slowly, for a 15 min shower took over 30 mins to drain. I would not stay here again

I stayed here as it was the hotel picked for a wedding I was attending. The room was tiny, the shower head was very old. Towels smelt like bleach/ pool towels. Not enough linens in room. The floors were filthy and looked like they needed a good scrub. The room was very dark as not good enough lighting. Had I lived in the area and knew more about the area I would have picked a different hotel. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast options down in the day room.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. This was by far the worst one I’ve ever stayed at in terms of cleanliness. The sink and the bathroom drains wouldn’t drain. Everything felt sticky. The bed skirt has a million stains on it. It was so so bad.

It has a terrible smell as soon as you step in the door the carpets where dirty the walls where dirty the couch in the room was smelling the pills and sheets where smelling went to get ice and the halls reeked of bad fish.. would never come back here

Although the front lobby attendant was nice, the disregard the staff had for cleanliness is beyond words. Our room was very dirty. There was left over trash in the closet and old coffee in the coffee maker from the last guest. The towels were obviously not washed appropriately and appeared to be dirty and/or used. The sheets were covered with stains and holes. Part of the bed frame was duct taped. The bathroom smelled of mold and the ceiling was stained from what appeared to be a previous leak. The breakfast area was filthy. There was old dried food stuck all over the walls. The pool had unknown slimy substance floating in it. My kids were unable to enjoy the pool. The hot tub was not in working condition. Some of the interior windows around the hotel were cracked and very dirty. The hotel had signs posted on the front window of the hotel that stated it was under construction, but there were no areas that appeared to be currently under any type of construction what so ever. The room was dirty from lack of effort, not from active construction projects.
