We vacation in the Lancaster area often and have stayed in 17 different hotels there, many of them multiple times. The Bird-in-Hand Family Inn is the best place in the area. The well-run business, the excellent staff, the 3 pools, the hot tub, the miniature golf, beautiful landscaping, the farmlands right there, great theater at the Bird-in-Hand Stage - what more could you want? It is everything we are looking for.

I liked the pool area. I'm sure in the summer this Hotel will do well. They have so much for the families to do at the hotel and the surrounding areas. We plan to go back soon.

I loved the location. It was absolutely beautiful, quiet, relaxing & enjoyable. The internet was spotty, however, & the TV channels were limited in variety. They carry Fox News but need Newsmax, too, since they carry all of the standard & cable liberal "news" outlets. Also, Oxygen & ID channels would be good additions to the TV choices. We only watched it in the evenings, though. Overall, we were well-pleased with our vacation there. Everyone was pleasant, from the staff to the guests we interacted with. Just very nice, sweet, Godly people!
