We have stayed at this property previously. The room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately, we encountered two problems. The first was that the thermostat could not be adjusted below 68 degrees making it way too hot to sleep. I eventually ran the AC to drop the temperature. The main problem, however, was the bathtub. My wife took a bath in the morning. When she went to drain the tub it would not drain. After playing with the handle for 5 minutes it was clear that that it was broken. I called the front desk to ask for a room change so we could both shower. They did not want to do this at first. Instead, they sent housekeeping to try and plunge the tub. This required my wife to hide in the corner in a rob while they used a toilet plunger. After about 10 minutes of this not working someone came by with keys to another room so we could shower. We had hoped for a slow morning and instead felt frantic needing to move all of our stuff quickly, shower then check out. The shower was only luke warm (this was also an issue in previous stays). We had specifically paid for a larger room so we could have the tub and enjoy a slow morning. The frontline staff was very responsive overall, which we really appreciated. I asked them to discount the room, which they said they would once their manager was available. However, it has been 3 days and we never heard back and did not receive a discount. Had management been as nice as the staff I probably would have just let the whole thing go.

The hotel was quite comfortable and very stylish. Each room is named after a city that the owners visited. I thought that was quite cool and inspires me to travel more. I’d definitely stay again

The wine cellar in the Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn was so cozy and inviting. It was a perfect way to start our trip with pre-dinner drinks and apps. The wine selection was top notch and our host, Alan was very knowledgeable and friendly. The restaurant was equally enjoyable with a delicious menu.

I called to explain how my wife was sick and we couldn’t make the reservation. The hotel’s response was that I had to go through Expedia. When I contacted Expedia they called the hotel to explain and was told sorry there is nothing they could do So I’m out $300 and they would not even let we switch to a different date

There was a mistake. We didn’t even stay at the Lambertville Inn. We contacted them five minutes after we got the email and they were kind enough to try and cancel on their end. We would like a refund and you can contact them. They’ll confirm we did not spend the night there. We actually stayed at the Golden Plow at peddlers Village, which I believe we booked through Expedia thank you.

Everything was good, but for the price they need to improve on the details. The towels hanger fell all the time, the heather was so noisy. They didn't put a good varieties of coffee at room. Shampoo and conditioner smells not really good. I paid $306 the night, in a room with partial sight of the river, and I stayed two nights. I think it's a good amount of money to improve on these details and make the experience better.
