The cleaning lady came in and took the soiled towels in the morning and we didn’t get them back that evening till 6:30 p.m. Apparently they don’t have extra stock to replace at the moment of pick up so they have to wash and dry what they picked prior to replacing. Toilet was completely loose .

Had a third floor room and was told upon arrival that the elevator was out of order. I am disabled and was offered no assistance from the staff. The stairwell was filthy. Coffee maker was dirty, coffee was not hot. Front desk staff in morning was very unprofessional.

For a last minute hotel that we needed while in the area, it was a decent stay. The outside has been updated and looks more modern. The inside needs to be updated.

Elevator and waffle maker weren’t working . Stairs were easily accessible so that was fine . Waffles would have been nice . Not much else to eat but the lady said “they are sticking” so we couldn’t use it. Outside looks nice . Inside outdated and pretty dirty. Beds were clean and showers were cleans so that’s all that really mattered for what we needed .

Don't let the fact that this hotel is by a BMW dealership fool you. It's dirty and smelly, and my room smells like a wet basement. I had to turn the air all the way down to around 62 to try to get the smell out. The first night, it sounded like someone was trying to get in my room. I was going to chalk it up to someone being drunk and lost. There was no mattress cover on the bed and the sheets were itchy. The toilet seat was thin, and it was one step away from not having a toilet seat at all and just sitting on the bowl. The staff was kinda nice, that's why I gave it the amount of stars I did. I realize you get what you pay for, I still expected better.

Short staffed, couldn’t check in until almost 5. Hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke. Room was fairly clean but really old. There was mold in the bathroom. Hot breakfast was questionable.

I like that the property was affordable, however, both bed spreads on the beds were dirty. You can tell that housekeeping just throws them back on the bed and doesn’t change them. The whole building needs updating. I arrived early and the guy at the front desk was rude and told me there was no way he could help me. All I wanted to know was what the latest time I could check in would be. The room smells like mildew and mold. There are stains on the curtains and the carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in a while. Not to mention the sewing needles found in the carpet. Never again will I stay in this establishment.

The hotel advertises as no pets. That is not true. I have seen three dogs in the lobby. My husband is highly allergic to dogs. Luckily we had a room that did not have any in it. Your websites even sent us an email regarding a fine if pets were brought into the facility. We will never trust another one of your innns again. You also need to change your website.
