The water pressure is the shower was horrible. My wife and daughter have long thick hair and had a horrible time trying to rinse the shampoo and conditioner out of their hair

The front desk person was super friendly and helpful. They charged for parking which I am not sure why. The process to do that was not that easy. Other than that, it was a good stay

I was greeted by Will, the front desk person, he was very friendly and competent. He signed me up for a rewards program that saved me parking fees. He explained everything very well. Grounds, Hallways & room was clean and smelled clean. The bed had enough pillows. Shower gel, Shampoo and Conditioner - great. Very spacious room. The breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold choices, lots of seating. Very clean area. Check out was just as easy and seemless. I would recommend this hotel.
