I evacuated to this hotel during Hurricane Milton. The staff was kind and caring, despite anxious people all around. My room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kudos to all the staff!

Does not at all look like the pictures. It is run down and the room was covered in roaches. The only bright spot was the front desk service and the ease of securing a refund from them and Expedia.

*There was a roach on the wall *There were small gnats coming from under the tile around the bathroom sink *There was a homeless man sitting on the steps when I was leaving to check out at 6:45am. *The breakfast is terrible coffee, apples and cereal only. *When checking out the front desk clerk did not even look up from his phone. I told him I was checking out, he took the room card and said “OK”. He did not ask how was my stay and did not say thank you ……nothing.
