1) Mostly clean although my wife said she noticed some areas that could have been a bit clearner. 2) I don't really blame the staff member for this but I came off the elevator and asked if there were vending machines on the property, I was told there were not. I did not see the vending area near the desk and had missed that when I checked in. I then walked quite a ways to find a soda when you had soda for sale right there at the front desk. I think it might be helpful to train your staff to answer the question that is really being asked. I didn't ask about vending machines because I wanted to find a vending machine. I wanted to buy what might be in a vending machine -- a soda.

What a night....
My first impression was good. Check in was smooth and early which was appreciated, unfortunately the people in the room avove me were the absolute worse. They was so much banging and bumping around like children running around and/or wrestling. Aside from that, the bed was very firm and pillows(although offering firmness options) were all bad. If you actually need to sleep undisturbed, I'd advise you request a room on the 4th floor.

It the best experience
The room we were staying in, smelled like smoke and was missing a remote. The walls inside the room look like a child went crazy with a crayon coloring on them. When I called the front desk to let them know about the smoke smell, she offered to give me extra points or a $10 credit for food in the lobby.

Amazing Hotel & Location
Check in way quick, the room was larger than I expected with a full size fridge, full size microwave, sink, dishes, and dishwasher. A spacious couch with fabric partition between couch and bed was present. The included breakfast was good. Hotel is located in a prime location with lots of places to eat and shop in walking distance.

We were expecting a little better experience based on the fact that this is part of the Hilton family. The room was spacious and clean. However, the breakfast was a disappointment. The eggs, sausage and biscuits were cold. The grits, coffee and toast were good though. I think we will stick with Hampton Inns from now on.
