The staff here was professional and incredibly cordial for the entirety of my stay. The breakfast service in the morning was really good, and the fitness center was well-maintained and well-equipped. I will definitely book again when I'm in the Winter Haven area.

The front desk employees were friendly. They even found a wallet that we had dropped on accident and called us promptly. The condition of the hotel however, was poorer than expected. Décor is outdated. The bathroom wasn't very clean and had bad caulking. The elevator seemed like it wasn't going to make it up from the first floor (and there were signs limiting to 5 passengers, even though it's rated for 15). Breakfast was not included and it was pricey. Overall, OK, but not a 9/10 hotel.

Lock broke on door, key cards wouldn't work. Made 3 trips from 5th floor to lobby getting cards re-programmed, then new cards, then cleaning lady master, then front desk person masters. Nothing worked! Never kep key cards next to phone. Maintenance guy broke in and staff moved al our personal items next door without our permission. Very stressful and inconvenient, Begged to get $25 off.

The bathroom need maintenance and renovation. 1. The bathroom ventilation fan is not working. 2. The shower head is rusty and 3. The bathroom sink is clogged. I have asthma and a bathroom exhaust fan can help reduce asthma symptoms by improving air quality and controlling moisture, prevents mold and mildew growth, the fan would keep the bathroom dry, an exhaust fan helps reduce the amount of respiratory triggers in the air.
