Friendly and helpful staff. I liked that I could run the fan continuously. I liked my room and the bed was comfortable. Fun fast food options nearby. Would stay again.

I was called at twelve thirty am on my hotel room phone by a male caller who did not identify himself. He demanded to know my name. I hung up the phone thinking it was a scam. The phone rang when I answered, again he did not identify himself and demanded to know my name or he would be forced to call the authorities to escort me off the property. I hung up again with the plan to call the front desk. It rang again and this time I did not answer but hung up and immediately called the front desk. The same man answered and told me that I need to come down to the lobby immediately or the police would be called and I would be escorted off the property. At this point at least I knew it was the front desk so I went down and he said I was in the wrong room. I showed him my key with the envelope and I was in the room I had been assigned. He then said it was a mix up and he needed to correct it. I brought to his attention that he was very abrupt with his calls at 1230 am and never identified himself and that due to his threats I thought it frightening and a scam. He then told me that I should have seen who was calling based on the caller ID. He did keep me in the same room so I check the phone, there was no caller ID. He took no accountability but instead placed the onus on me. When I spoke with the manager ) the next morning and explained that the staff never identified himself and it startled me, he said I overreacted and that my name was public information.

Practically all what I wanted was there. Mostly cleanliness is the number one feature/ probably the cleanest property I ever stayed in. The no-smoking, no-pet policy is a major factor I think. A draw back I can point to: my room had 2 double/queen-size beds so I asked a switch to a room with a king-size but was turned down because booking was done with a 3rd part (Expedia). I just can’t see the logic here.
