Property was clean and staff was friendly. The only minor issues I can mention were the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The shower pressure is very low and takes awhile to get hot water. The MAJOR issue was the back parking lot, no lights were working, it was very dark! Made you feel a little unsafe

This property is nice, but needs a pool! We are in Florida and it’s been super hot! But, that’s our fault for not checking before booking. The breakfast is nice and the staff was very friendly!

It was a clean room. Plenty of plugs for devices. AC was really loud and bathroom lighting was dismal. Putting make-up on by candlelight. Bad.

Property was updated on the rooms. It was nice. The cleaning staff needs to look for cobwebs in the corners and check them a little bit better. If you’re looking for handicap parking at night, no need because the staff parks there. It was brought to their attention, they said that they would move, but they shouldn’t have been parked there in the first place considering they were not handicap or had placards or plates. They just wanted to park close to the door. Continental breakfast was basic but very good. I will stay there again.

Convenient to Lakeland

Stayed for a few days for our daughter’s graduation. It was conveniently located to Lakeland. It seemed safe and secure. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Clean, friendly and breakfast

We loved everything about this hotel except the mattress. It was super firm, way too much for us. Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size, and the handicapped room for a family member was excellent. The place was spotless and beautiful. Add a pillow topper to the mattress and it's 5 stars across the board!
