Staff was beyond friendly and helped me when I messed up my reservation by accident and helped me by bringing up my uber eats to my room and my trash downstairs. They knew I had two toddlers so helping me with those tasks was beyond appreciated

Property lobby looks nice, but the rooms are a little older. The staff was very friendly and that was a plus! If the beds were more comfortable this would been a higher rating.

Not real happy with cleanliness

Staff was frindly, there was a dead cockroach in the middle of the bathroom upon our arival (Gross) the sofa matrass was worn, flat and very soiled. (Discusting) We had three adults and had to use , we went and bought a blowup matress to use insted.

Excellent stay

The hotel was older but it had everything we needed. The breakfast was good. Eggs were on the just warm side of cold. Im not a fan of sausage so not sure about those. I had the waffle and it was amazing. The new owner came by and had a chat with everyone. That was icing on the cake. Congrats to the new owner.

Staff was great. The room I was in could be opened by sliding your card between the door and the door frame in seconds. There was approximately an 1/8 " gap btween the two. I alerted the girl at the front desk and she moved me to another room on a different floor but all the rooms on my side of the building looked lik they could be compromised as well.

Things were good except for one thing; I'm not even 5 ft. tall and the bathroom mirror was set wayyy too high to be of use to me. I ended up using a small mirror and standing by the window which was difficult. I got my face on, don't know what I looked like. Hubs said okay.
