So I checked in late after letting them know I'd be late because of the plane. Went to my room went to sleep because I was tired. Was awoken by the alarm of fire. I got dressed went out super water leak water everywhere. All the people in the hotel are outside it's 3:00 in the morning. About 5:00 in the morning they let us back in. I'm tired I go to sleep wake up about 9:00 9:30 maybe. Go out no one's in the hotel. I turn the water on of course there's no water. I've been traveling all day so I need a shower. I go downstairs to the desk. One young lady is there. I tell her what can you do I need to take a shower what's going on. She tells me there's no water. No apology she doesn't even offer me a water to buy or anything. I asked how long will it be. She's not sure. I have business. I tell her this is not acceptable I'm going to have to find another accommodation can you help me. She looks in the computer and takes a long time just looking. Can you find me a hotel that will accommodate me because of this emergency. She doesn't know. I have to speak to the manager and I asked for a refund I'm going to check out at this point I'm getting no help. I get on the phone with Wyndham. They give me another location another La Quinta at Grand prairie for more money than I'm already paying. I asked for accommodation at the other La Quinta she tells me something about the owner wouldn't accept that. I said a water pipe busted at one of your location can you help me out. No. Horrible!

Everything was great. The people were wonderful. The bed was comfy the room was clean. However I was uncomfortable with the scented towels and sheets. I’m super allergic to scent. I only use free and clear detergent. Also I hate the glade sprayers outside of the elevator it gave me a sinus infection. Again I am allergic to scented chemical concoctions.
