I used to stay when was mount Blu and it was cleaner with better parking and facilities. They now charge 37.5/day resort fee and 20-2-5 parking. The arcade is replaced with a game room that costs 10/day, and there’s a much smaller arcade that’s a joke with a lot of those cheesy claw machines… no more pac man or ride on games….there are dogs everywhere!!!

Unpleasant stay
During our initial night at the hotel, we experienced some difficulties with the front desk service. After a five-hour drive, we arrived at 7 PM, only to find that our room was not yet ready. The staff kindly offered to waive my parking fees, which I appreciated, and I decided to use this time to take my family out for dinner. However, upon returning around 9:30 PM, I had not received any updates regarding the status of our room. As a result, I chose to inquire at the front desk in person. The attendant sincerely apologized and confirmed that our room was indeed ready at that time. While the room was in good condition, I believe it could benefit from some upgrades. Additionally, I noticed that the bed did squeak significantly. Breakfast, service was so unpleasant and felt so rushed. The food was a negative especially for the price i paid.

It was horrible. The room temperature wouldn’t go down past 76 it was so hot and we had told them and they sent a technician in who said he had fixed the issue. Didn’t . Woke up super hot and with a fever we couldn’t sleep it was a horrible experience

Our room was not ready at check in time. Customer service was terrible and staff was rude! My teens were not allowed to use the gym which is the only cool thing about this hotel they were looking forward to. They have no coffee for guests. The coffee pot in our roomwas broken and the coffee shop is not only very expensive, but doesn't even open until 6:30. The bathroom floor and counter was dirty. I was most disappointed in how the staff handled things. They were very rude and you could tell they were annoyed with how often they get complaints. Will NEVER come here again!
