Think twice about staying here
The space of the room & bathroom were great, but there was a chair that looked like someone had sex on it and it was disgusting. Also, we didn’t have any hot water for one night. And we were told to run the sink faucet and the shower faucet at the same time to get rid of all the cold water in the tank because the hotel was not at full capacity. Also, we had extremely loud kids next to us, which didn’t make any sense at all as to why they put them next to us when the hotel wasn’t at full capacity. Everyone should’ve been spaced out so we didn’t have to put up with kids all night. And I think , the worst issue we had was the key card not working to get in and out of the parking garage. Had to ask for a replacement three times.

The room itself was ok and clean enough. Everything seemed to be somewhat updated other than the carpet. For our 3 night stay, house keeping never came by. One night I finally called the front desk for more towels, he said they’d be delivered but they never were. The next day we asked one of the housekeepers on our floor and she rudely responded with “we told the front desk we are too busy to do all rooms today” she said they’d be there later that day and they never showed up. We luckily found a housekeeper in the hall to directly get fresh towels from. The casino part is small and dated. Valet was great and it’s within walking distance of Heavenly and all the shopping and dining around that area.

Poor customer service. Room was not made up and the towels were not changed out. Tried calling the front desk numerous times no answer. Not enough attendants in the casino. Machine jammed and had to wait 25 minutes for help.

Tired and too expensive, but convenient location.
Casino hotel, small scale and tired. Views cost extra as does use of the Bally’s gym at the Bally’s hotel even with the added “resort fee”.

few items to be noted during my stay in Bally last week, on 9/20 and 9/21, year 2024. 1. check in should be ready by 4pm, I arrived at 6pm at the check-in and I was told that my room is ready until 6:30pm 2. cleanness of my room is terrible, carpet has many noticeable stains, toilet was not working properly and the water does not stay hot, it was warm at best. No room service on 9/21, they brought clean towel after we made an request

We have stayed at this place a few times. The convenience of the location is great, but the hotel is dirty beyond belief. The rooms are not clean and the stuff in the rooms does not work like outlets. No ability to stream on the old outdated tv. It’s like a dinosaur now. The staff is not friendly really, they do the job but it’s lacking any form of hospitality. We won’t be returning to Ballys unless they get a makeover.
