I thought the M&M I found in my made up bed an interesting and kind of gross welcome treat. It left a person asking how and why this would be abandoned in my newly made bad. The 10 minutes it took for the hot water to reach the shower made for a longer than wanted view of my 68 year old body in the mirror. I paid for a king deluxe, but as far as I could tell that only gave me the guarantee that I would get a non smoking king room and a better view of the asphalt parking lot. Also, the flyer that warned me what I’d be charged if I snuck away with the thread bare linens was a little off putting and tacky. Finally, paying an extra 47 per night for the honor of self parking and gambling in their casino was a little over the top. We liked the pool and hot tub.

Waste of a trip

Awful! No hot water for a shower. Wasted entire day moving rooms . Apparently had a boiler issue. Gie the supervisor tried to be as helpful as possible but overall our trip was wasted and we missed the whole point of our trip due to hotel issues.

Shower water was cold, went to front desk, they said thy would send someone to look at it, they never did. Didn’t offer to switch us rooms. The cable tv also didn’t work. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. Good location. Casino was dead with only one blackjack table. Would not stay here again.

The property was very centrally located to other areas of the strip. I was surprised to learn the front desk didn't negotiate resort fees. I found in my room 3 big spit balls that had been there from the previous guess. Housekeeping came up and took care of it. The night manager on Tuesday night was nice to refund my resort fee.

During my stay (first week of Feb 2025) it seemed like they tried to upgrade but never finished. The bathroom barn door made a loud sound when closing. There was marks all over walls and ceiling. Floor wasn’t the cleaned and there was paint on carpet and on floor like they touched up but didn’t finish the clean up part. But it is located in a great place for what we were doing.
