I didnt like anything. I went and stayed there 4 years ago and it was great. Parking was free. Pool was open. I had a room right next to the elevator. When i went to complain nobody was at the front desk.

Property was neat, clean and in fair to good condition. Large clean room with really comfortable beds. Cabinet door was broken and sagging. Only 2 complaints. Lack of hot water in the shower (Luke warm at best). and no coffeeshop or restaurants open for breakfast. Grab and go available for coffee but no breakfast items available.

I liked the unlimited in and out privileges for valet and self parking. The pool was nice and big. Gym was decent. The Ciara steakhouse was pricey but very good. The room we stayed in had a weird smell. Room was hot even with ac on. Pillows were child size. Maid never made it to our room to make beds and replace towels.

The location was great, however, the casino was extra small and had a lot of outdated slots with broken buttons. The room was also very outdated, as most hotels have TVs that you can connect to Netflix and whatnot. Very limited channels to watch. The housekeeping staff does not clean the rooms from day to day, they told us to just leave our trash outside our room and they would change it. I’ve never heard of this! Usually the hotel is up front and says they don’t turnover rooms daily but will, if requested. The toilet rocked every time you sat down or got up due to it not being properly sealed to the ground. The beds were uncomfortable and I woke up several times to readjust because my back was hurting… I’m in my mid 30’s by the way, so this isn’t a common issue for me.

It was so dirty found hair globs in shower. Floors in bathroom nit clean . After being there for 2 hours at most my daughter got bit up from laying on bed. I called from desk they said nothing. They said they were booked no other room. I said im leaving and i wanted my money back. They wanted to see my daughter's bites and requested us to do to front desk. Only then we were given another room .At this time it was midnight. I accepted the new room . I will never stay there and others there said rooms had trash and were stuck in this hotel . Tahoe was booked due to event . Never again 😒

This hotel is definitely not in very good shape. The roof is caving in from water. The rugs are damaged. There is scratches all over the walls. Everything is pretty much outdated our room even had numerous defects. We requested housekeeping and they just never came. There was a person that checked in the night before we left and they had two dogs in their room that would not stop barking and whatever we called the front desk to try to have it fixed or have the dogs addressed it took them 3 to 4 hours just to get the dogs stopped barking while we were trying to sleep. The one bright spot in our state was the valet drivers that helped us with our cars. They were fast quick and always friendly and going to do whatever we needed to be happy customer. The guys at the front desk. We’re also very friendly and talkative and made small talk. In closing, the property needs a major facelift as everything is outdated and it just looks and feels rundown. I am not sure how I am. Not sure how they have a four star rating. It’s a realistically be a two maybe three star at the best. Here is a pro tip for anybody visiting Tahoe and looking for the better casinos. I would rank errors as being number one golden nugget as being a number two and Harvey is being a number three and I would definitely put Bally at number four.

Will not stay here again.

We had no hot water in our shower. We were told to run the sink and shower at the same time for 15 mins. That didn’t work, freezing cold water for showers. No maid service. Had dirty towels and a full garbage. Some hotel representatives gave awful service at the front desk. I was overcharged for my room. The representative upon check in said there was nothing she could do and wouldn’t look at my reservations.

This was my go to hotel when it was the Montbleu. It lost it's pizazz transitioning to Bally's. Here's what I miss: 1. They switched to low flow shower heads. Now you can't take a warm shower UNLESS you turn on the sink in the room to hot and run it the whole time you are in the shower. This has happened in two separate rooms on different floors on different trips. 2. The crazy bright digital display behind checkin is over the top and extremely distracting. Can you please tone it down? 3. The decor for Montblue's casino was really inviting and the chandeliers were beautiful and unique. We're now stuck with standard modern fair and the whole floor just seems boring. 4. The casino seems to be down to one restaurant and a fake Starbucks. I don't think I've ever seen the Chinese restaurant open. The buffet hasn't been open since COVID. Give hotel guests a reason to stay on site! 5. The resort fee is $30 now. Not sure what you get accept for free wifi and pool access. 6. They don't have room service. 7. They charge $20 a night for self parking or $25 for valet. I don't understand why these casinos are nickel and diming people with parking fees. Patrons from South Lake Tahoe would like slots without have to pay for parking. This trend happening throughout Nevada is likely to burn out patrons in the long run. I know I think twice now before going to the Stateline casinos because of the ridiculous fees. 8. Pool is great. Bring back the grotto and offer drinks
