The hotel building is an extensive themed remodel of an older hotel. We were unable to sleep due to lack of sound insulation inherent in construction of building I am in my 70s with less than perfect hearing. Noise from rooms above and below as well to the sides Despite being on street little street noise. Lobby / atrium noise early evening expected Noise throughout the night was not

My husband and I love the valet and bell hop service when checking in and out. Everyone was nice and accommodating. This will most likely be our go to hotel to stay at when visiting Lake Tahoe. Makes it so easy with a very busy toddler always on the go

Location was great! However there was no parking and you have to do valet, wish we knew that before coming up. It was very confusing to find the hotel. Pool was nice but the hot tub had way too much chlorine. It was to the point where even being near it hurt our eyes. Room was okay, but our room faced the restaurant with the buffet and at 5am we could hear everything happening down there. We loved the area and how close it was to walk to everything but we will not bring staying again.

I absolutely adored the theme and ambiance of the location! It really set the perfect mood for our trip. Plus, having a grocery store nearby was incredibly convenient. What truly made our experience memorable, though, was the kindness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding anniversary celebration was extra special, making our stay unforgettable.

I got a room without a working heater/thermostat. I called and let them try to fix while out to dinner. I come back and it is blower cold air. They sent security to see if it could be fixed. He offered additional blankets. I complained to the front desk and had to pack our stuff and switch to another room at 10pm. Service could have been better during this process.
