Room was clean, staff is very nice and accommodating. Hotel is at the perfect location everything is near by. There are good restraunts and shops like Starbucks, target, FedEx subway and a lot more at the walking distance the lakeside beach is a 15 minute walk and beach entrance fee is $10 after 5 pm and $30 before 5 pm. There is no view from the hotel and as a VIP member we didn’t get the room upgrade.

Great location, walkable to almost everything. We were staying in the King with Mountain View on the higher floor. It was very nice and quiet. Staff was friendly and very helpful. A bit of a long wait when we checked in and a bit of an experience. There were two registrations staff and each of them were helping people checking in, there were two people waiting at the right registration and there is no one on the left registration. I went and wait in line at the left registration. While waiting there were more people coming and the registration on the right is moving faster. By the time the person in front of me was helped, which took awhile. The registration staff told me and the person behind me that we should queue behind the other line. So we have to move behind other people that came way after us. There were no signs that there should only be one line to queue. I wish that lady at the left registration told me when she saw me standing in front of her that the line starts on the other side.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay

Our small family stayed here for a birthday trip to South Lake Tahoe. The hotel was clean and well kept. Staff were all really friendly. The Land Shark Bar and Grill was great for happy hour! The had live music in the lobby around check in which we got to enjoy. The indoor pool was great since there were thunderstorms while we were there. The hotel is within walking distance to great food, shops and the casinos. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Extra plus being JB fans!

The property failed to provide a check out receipt. I called multiple times and they stated each time that it was sent to my email but that wasn’t the case. Then, they charged me the full amount of the incidental charge when they told me that pending charge would fall off. I have been trying to call them to fix this and now no one will pick up my phone.

You don’t get what you pay for.

Not as great of a resort as it used to be before, it became Margaritaville. The hotel is pretty and has a fun theme. The beds are very comfortable and the indoor pool is nice but they have a 50 dollar daily resort fee and a 40 dollar valet fee. The great amenities that made the resort be worth it are no longer part of the hotel, such as breakfast and rooms and accommodate large families with plot sofas and happy hour.

It was convenient being located at Stateline. When driving it is a challenge finding the parking entrance. They need better signage. Staff was friendly. Towels were nice and fluffy. Probably good choice for families. My one complaint is the $40 parking fee and it's is not for 24 hours. You have to move your car at 1:00pm. But check in for guests is 4:00pm. Doesn't seem fair. At least the $50 resort fee was known upon booking. This isn't a resort, being nickled and dimed is annoying.
