Very good service; Liked the facility, very well run. Very large bedrooms with all amenities, reasonably priced. Enjoyed the exercise equipment room, including the fuseball and air hokey tables (a big bonus! 👍).

Clean room and property. Location is close to restaurants and across the street from Lake Tahoe. Pool is heated and hot tub was amazing. Open late (till 10pm) was a bonus. Room was lake facing, and check in/out process was smooth as can be!

The location is excellent being across the street from the lake. A short walk brings you to the walking path and the public beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating,. Excellent location to dining and shopping.

When I looked at the pictures of the property I was feeling pretty good. Then when we arrived it was rather disappointing. Check in was weak and the property was not as expected.

It was not very clean. The fan in our room made a call we couldn’t turn it off without the room getting boiling hot. I asked the front desk to fix it and they said they would it never happened :-( Housekeepers very loud in front of our door. Talking yelling in the hallway and taking the washing that were supposed to be for the guest.
