Power strip from Ace for a device connector. Walk paper heavily stained and peeling. Multiple lights burned out through the room. CNBC blacked out? View of a rooftop, garbage bags and steam vents. Paper thin walls.

Harveys Lake Tower is superb. Our room was large with a fantastic bathroom area and had a GREAT VIEW from our 16th floor room. The furniture is a bit outdated as others have reviewed, but the room offers so much more than a dresser drawer that doesn’t shut easily. If you want an inexpensive getaway this checked all our boxes.

The property could have been better, our hotel room was such a downer, the tv was barely working, room was outdated, some lights were not working at all, stains all over the walls and spiders! And why was the coffee maker in the bathroom? The whole hotel needs updating, the outside though made it easy to get to the gondola, restaurants etc... There were hotel fees, parking fees, and a deposit that needs to be made when first checking in. On a good note, Hells kitchen was amazing, definitely need to try here!

Only place with a poker room…poker room closed…check in only one staff…was busy chit chatting with another customer who was not checking in as the line grew…the bell man or consierge was doing nothing who could have taken the customers questions…pit boss was quite rude to my wife and to myself at different tables….dealers were fantastic…

Great location and the room was spacious with a nice firm bed. The bathroom was a bit small but everything was very clean. Be Aware...that whatever you see as total charges is not everything because there will be an additional fee for parking and resort fees.

Do not stay in the older “standard” side
We stayed over a Fri-Sat night. I would HIGHLY recommend only staying if you are in the newer tower. When we checked in on Friday night we were put in the older side standard rooms, what a joke. They are in bad shape to put it lightly. When you get charged $500+ a night I feel like it’s reasonable to expect a decent room. The halls to the rooms are beat up and look terrible. The first room was so small there was barely walking space around the perimeter of the bed, the furniture was in poor shape, the carpet was dingy and gross, as was the bathroom. The bed was hard as a rock. It felt more like an old beat up motel than a 4 star casino resort. It was clean so that was a positive. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. We requested to be moved for the 2nd night and for a minimal upcharge (like $25 more I think) were moved to a room that was brighter, nearly double the size with a much nicer bathroom and overall upkeep. It was a night and day difference. The bed was still pretty firm but a significant improvement for night one. I understand Tahoe on a weekend pricing but anyone that feels good about charging $500+ a night for the older rooms should be ashamed of themselves.

Good time
Harveys stay was great, the concert venue is awesome. The room was ok, just expected something a bit nicer for the price. All in all it was a fun trip, Hells Kitchen was amazing, and the place was easy to navigate.
