We went for out anniversary, we booked this hotel for the location and the fact that there was a hot tub, the hot tub was out of order and the woman working at the spa was rude and pointed at a sign saying "Jacuzzi Out of Order" when i asked. We were on the 5th floor which is the lowest for rooms, the room was nice but there was a ledge outside our window where all the cigarettes and trash thrown out the windows of the higher rooms piled up. For the price Hell's Kitchen restaurant was okay, not great.

I was impressed w/room on 12th floor... having a great view of Lake Tahoe, Sierra Nevada & strip. Bathroom was spacious & had functional fan while mattress/sheets/pillows were clean & supportive. Having a working tv, fridge & a/c sealed the deal. Carpets & decor could be updated...but u can't have everything. I'll be back!!
