This hotel is a mess. The fitness center does not even qualify to be called that. There is little equipment and what is there is partially broken. There are no wipes to clean anything even though I requested them. We had a room upgrade with a balcony with a door that does not lock. There were chicken nuggets on the balcony railing when we checked in. The room safe did not work. The bathroom is so small and the sink stopper did not work. Why would I stay here again?

Heating and air conditioning is terrible. It’s either very hot in the room or very cold in the room. The only instructions on how to remedy that is to open the window. They are renovating the property and have moved some of their slot machines out, the ones that we were looking forward to playing.

Had toilet overflow with water everywhere made it through the night next day it happened again. Saturday night I am upset. I asked for a manager. There is not one around, but I cannot believe in the casino business . They put me in a small suite. Problem is it only had one king and we had two queen, have bad back and could not sleep.on RollAway bed. ordered medium rare hamburger in restaurant, waited 25 minutes with nobody in the restaurant and it came out well done.. The casino itself is very nice with friendly people.
