There was a alarm that went off and shut down all the elevators, my wife was stuck on the 5th floor and I was stuck in the lobby, I couldn’t contact her for an hour, I will not stay there next time.

We have an issue with our Room in the first Night with the Toilet and the next morning we went to the front desk to get a new Room wich they did it.Everething else really good

First, no valet service. Second the front desk person was very rude and very condescending. Third, all of those hidden charges. Fourth, we were to pay just around $130 a night stayed two nights and it was over $300 and that’s without making any in room purchases. Fifth, it was my 48th wedding anniversary and my wife was so upset because of the hotel, we argued and didn’t get along for the whole time being here. Ruined my whole trip and we still aren’t talking with each other. Worst experience ever. I hope we make it to our 49th.

Hotel staff is over the top amazing. Had a small issue and they went above and beyond to make it right. Hotel is as little older and in need of some renovations. But overall, the location was sitting walking distance to everything so it was perfect for our stay.

It is being renovated so can't say exactly what it will be like. The room was very nice--large and clean. Didn't request a view but we had a view of the lake. The restaurant options are limited. I expect more will be added, but the Oyster bar is excellent

Where to start… one of two of the parking garage elevators did not work. Second at check in the clerk was unable to explain over $75 of add on fees and simply said oh, they will take care of that at check out. Next while searching for our room we had to look at the wall next to our door to see the room # written in marker pen on the wall. Upon opening the door we were greeted by an 8” stain in the carpet in the room. Next my husband had to put the closet door back on its track. While taking a shower the water suddenly turned cold. During the night the air conditioning stopped working and was blowing hot air. Upon check out the front desk computer went down and we had to wait for it to be rebooted in order to receive a final bill. So on a scale of 1-10 this placed rated about a -5. If there is any doubt, allow me to be very clear. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

This is a bit run down - old smell in hall ways, furniture was worn. Rooms were okay size, bathroom was handy cap type, closet small Bed was good , small window with lake view we were told was an upgrade we did not pay for.

For what we paid, we were very unhappy that the pool was closed, due to some chilly temps. Can't believe this property does not have a nice hot tub. Also can't believe we had to pay for a Fridge in our room. We were quoted one price, and were charged a whole different price,when we checked out. This will be the last time we will use your facilities in Lake Tahoe, in the future. Very dissapointed........ William Young

Honestly I was expecting much better from this hotel. First of all, the room we were assigned smelled like cigarettes and very strongly at that. (We requested a non-smoking room.) The replacement room we were given still had that cigarette stench but luckily the windows opened so we were able to air it out. The cleanliness was very nice and the room looked nice. The beds were slanted so one person was continuously rolling on top of another. Then at 2 am the people in the room over were SO LOUD, you could hear every single word. The walls are like paper. We tried to phone guest services, the front desk, and hotel security but each line had us on hold for 20 mins and never answered. While it wasn’t the worst experience I have ever had, it definitely wasn’t great.
