This is a perfect location to see everything in Tahoe Heavenly Village. We walked everywhere. The coffee in the rooms is bad. Not even a good medium roast. This resort is a little older than I pictured it. The king bed was not comfortable.

Old hotel/apartment, could use a real remodel asap. It’s stuck in old 2000s. Was charged $450 for one night! No thanks, it’s like a 1-2 star hotel.

Location. Nothing beats being walking distance to everything around Heavenly and the stateline. With that said, the hotel and rooms could do with some updates. Overall stay was pleasant but the rooms are outdated. Mismatched furniture, kitchen cabinets with chipped paint and doors falling off.

Manager, Travis, was AWESOME! He was very patient and pleasant as he tended to our needs. We had some issues with the room we checked into, but Travis was very swift in relocating us. To cap it all for our inconvenience per Travis, we were refunded resort fees for our total stay there. The housekeeping staff was great as well. Thank you all for making our stay pleasant. We will be returning!!

Decent stay. Older buildings that are showing age (peeling paint and older wood). Landscaping and pool could use a little help. Room was older but comfortable. Had all amenities we needed. Close walking to many restaurants. Breakfast was a nice touch. Busy place in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The place was old and moldy. I would never stay there again nor would I ever recommend anyone stay there. The smoke alarm kept going off at 3am. I want a refund.
