Wonderful place to stay at any season. Walkable to shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They keep the beach area clean and have chairs everywhere for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake view at anytime of the day. They keep the swimming pool area very clean. This is my favorite place for a weekend getaway. I do miss the breakfast/coffee time from the club house/play area I don't think they offer that anymore. Great place to stay solo or with family. I'm glad to know that they keep renovating their rooms. I would totally recommended. :)

Tahoe backyard!

Great location and comfortable room. Nice views from hot tub and beach. Odd to have no TP dispenser in the room but otherwise a great place to stay.

Wished we had a remote

Minor chipping on a power outlet. The shower head plate would randomly come loose and have to be pushed back, not a huge inconvenience but also not something I was prepared for. The room I paid for had a kitchenette which was small but usable, the hardest thing was washing dishes in a very small sick that maybe fits a cup and bowl in it at the same time so washing dishes could/did take time. I wished it would’ve come with an oven (it’s not advertised I just would’ve liked it). We (family and I) were missing a remote in our room, were told we’d get one the following day and by the time we’d left for home, had never received it. We’d wanted to screen mirror but couldn’t since we didn’t have a remote for the tv, only the cable. So we were forced to watch what was tv and then drive 43 minutes to a theater that’d have more than one movie option. Overall, our stay was nice and we got to enjoy a great view.

Expensive for the quality

Great location and wonderful private beach with access to walk around the recreation area. We booked a standard king room. It was small and outdated. The bathroom had a very small/short toilet and a very small sink with zero counter space. There were hairs on the sink when we checked in. Pictures of the room I booked had a tub, ours only had a small shower. There is also only one hook in the bathroom for a towel, no where to put your toiletries. The tv is sitting on the desk in front of the mirror with only one chair in front of the tv no small table as pictured online when booking. The bed was like a cheap memory foam mattress. Old strange blankets on the bed. No actual comforter or quilt. Old carpet with a lot of stains all over the room. And it is an older motel so there is a lot of noise from the rooms upstairs. They claim to be VERY pet friendly but there is no area for them to go to the bathroom and they charge $45per night PLUS taxes for your dog, this is not clearly stated in the information they provide while booking. The location and beach access was the only pleasant part of the stay, do not have high expectations for the standard rooms. They do not look like the photos provided. A few upgrades could go a long way for this motel! It has so much potential!

Beautiful location right on the lake, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, and with good access to ski resorts. We enjoyed the hot tub. The room design wasn't the greatest, but the beds were comfortable.

Nice location and beautiful views. Rooms were simple but clean and we appreciated having the fridge. The hot tub was so lovely and it was easily walkable to restaurants.

This was a last minute desperate booking that I was happily surprised with. Driving up to it and seeing the street sign I thought I was staying at a casino… but I went into the office to check in and the staff were pleasant and friendly. I then walked around the back to my room and saw the great view of the lake and mountains, and was even more pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw the condition of the room - it was practically new, well equipped and with great coffee for the morning. I’ll be back!
