I paid the room fee online with Hotels.com, the motel charged me a second time for the room. The shower valve did not have a limit to the hot water. While I was adjusting the temp it came out scalding hot, burned my hand.

The staff are very unfriendly. They don’t seem to understand hospitality. We didn’t need much but the two times I asked for something they claimed was available, not only were they “out” but the staff were rude. I really liked the room even though it smelled weird. The hot tub was nice and so was the bed.

Very nice property with a great staff. The room was somewhat noisy with the road right behind our room and the water running noise with the next-door shower. We would definitely stay here again, but request a room not next to the road. Great pool and spa!
