The staff are so wonderful, we had some documents to print and they let us use the office printer no problem. In the off season it is an $87 room with two queen beds. Unbeatable!

The only inconveniences, and they were minor: the sockets were too loose for charger bricks, and there could be a stool or something next to the door to sit to put on shoes. Pluses were huge: nice, big, clean room, with microwave, fridge, big tv, good coffee, bathtub. Great view from the porch. Free coffee and grab and go breakfast. Ample parking and walkable to town. Everything was super clean. Service was excellent. The Devlin/Olympics story makes it charming and unique. Great place to stay at Lake Placid.

The Devlin staff was welcoming and courteous. I'd suggest providing additional blankets in the room. It was frigid outside and having an extra blanket or two would provide warmth and coziness.

Our bathroom was newly renovated and very clean. The rest of the room was clean but VERY dated. There were three dim lights in the room. A large stain was in the middle of the room on an old brown rug. We paid $655.08 for two nights. That is a ridiculous amount of money for this facility, even during high season. We will not be staying there again.

We enjoyed our time at the Devlin. It's a convenient hotel with a gorgeous view of the high peaks and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. There's an okay breakfast of pre-packaged bagels, muffins, and waffles, but if you're short on time, it gets the job done! Our bedroom was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The one issue was our coffee maker didn't work well. It leaked everywhere! The staff were very helpful in making sure we could get hot water near the reception desk, though!

It’s a motor lodge - we had a nice large room overlooking some of the high peaks . Room is large and you can control the heat. Mattress is firm but not overly so. Nice hairdryer and bathroom in general. Very clean. Carpeted (brown probably a good choice!) - might be useful to have a boot tray this time of year.
