This hotel is beautiful. The expansive lobby is so comfortable and with complimentary champagne each evening it creates a warm welcome. The room is uniquely furnished with top notch decor and furnishings. The bathroom with its stone shower and rain showerhead is so soothing. This room and the bed is one of the nicest and most comfortable we have ever stayed in!!!

The view was very nice, but we weren't allowed to use the paddleboats that were in the water. i was disappointed that the check in person was not very knowledegable about dogs allowed in attached restaurant. Also very disappointed that the Lake House did not have elevators and being on vacation and having to deal with so many steps, especially with a dog.

We were there off season so it really was very quiet and peaceful. The customer service was beyond compare and the room was large and comfortable. The balcony was perfect and the view was amazing. The pool and hot tub in the main lodge were wonderful but a bit more of a “hike” for us from the Waterfront Collection. Unfortunately I found the pool and hot tub at the Lake Lodge to be in disrepair so we did not use them despite the fact that they were closer.

Smokers paradise. Well kept facility. Plenty of amenities, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, beautiful view of the lake. We had a non-smoking room, but the neighbor was on the porch smoking and the heater just blew the smoke in. Great if you are a smoker. Terrible when my wife has asthma. I told the front desk but they didn’t do anything. The next night the same thing. I think I smoked my first pack of cigarettes those two days. I am watching my credit card for smoke cleaning fees. Another time I road the elevator down to the lobby and that smelled of smoke. Smokers will love this place, non-smokers beware.

The room was really nice. The food options around the area were plenty. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. They do charge per night if you would like a microwave in your room.
