First time in this hotel. Liked the pool and the hot tub. The Great main room is well as well (with games available). Coffee and tea always available was good. Price paid was extremely high however, so I was expecting a bit better & bette room. Breakfast was good as well.

The best location on the lake. Beach across the street with park. All walkable. Best dog friendly hotel I've ever stayed at. Plenty of places to take the dog. Views from balcony rooms are amazing overlooking the lake. Can't say enough good about it. Will return

We liked the location. The hotel was busy but quiet. We would have liked it if housekeeping had come in daily to freshen things up. Other than that it was a very nice stay! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

A good choice
Great medium-priced place to stay right in downtown Placid. Rooms were fine and the lobby is quite nice with a Adirondack vibe and great views of Mirror Lake. Very convenient location with all of downtown within easy walk. In summer the Mirror Lake beach is right across the street. Full breakfast is included but I found the eggs, sausage and potatoes to all be too salty for my liking. I did better with the toast and bagels and such. Parking is ample and easy. I was completely satisfied with our stay.

Bed so comfy, room & bathroom very clean, friendly staffs, great location next to Mirror lake, lobby spacious, outdoor sitting facing the lake . Walkable to Olympic museum, restaurant & shopping area. This is my 2nd time in this hotel & will come back again, highly recommend to my family & friends & eveyone. We love it.

Our stay was great. The hotel was in a great location, we walked to main street, all the shops, the museum and restaurants. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, we got a good nights sleep.

Their check in and check out procedures take longer than can be expected. There are always lines at the front desk. People seem always have something to clarify or do or solve something at the desk. The hotel clerks look and look at their screens and click and click like they give you a car loan or a mortgage instead of just handing you over your room keys. Aldo, A/C in the room kicks in very loudly and wakes you up every 30 min or so. We could not sleep the whole night at all. There is no way people can sleep with that noise. It’s a nice place otherwise. A/C is the major problem.
