Despite a full house this past weekend we found, once in our room, that it was quiet. The room was also nice and comfortable. While our coffee pot didn’t work and we did not follow up because there was excellent coffee each morning down near the lobby. Friendly staff as well.

Fantastic Say at IHG 10 Stars

Great trip to Lake Placid MLK weekend. Hotel was 10 stars. Service was excellent, rooms were clean and location was perfect. The food at this place is amazing. Breakfast buffet in the morning in 1 restaurant then lunch and dinner in the other restaurant. Service was fantastic. We sat in front of the fireplace on Friday night, had some cocktails ad just relaxed. There sign says that they close for food at 9pm but I saw them seating people at 855pm. Very impressed. The next night after the event we went to, we had dinner there and were seated at 845 with no problem. I saw a few families seated after us. Staff was never upset and seated everyone with a smile. fantastic service, awesome food and beverages. One of the best hotel restaurants I have ever been to. Will be back next year.
