Great location near London Bridge and lots of attractions. It's an older place, but was clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and very helpful, and our room was quiet and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend, and will stay there again if we return to Lake Havasu.

The carpet was very dirty in the room and the room and a very bad smell, the restroom and kitchenette were both clean. The bed you could feel the springs. The staff was super amazing and nice.

The room 202 door needs something like weather strips or something to dampen noise of chatter in lobby which is open to second floor. The door has space around it when closed and I could hear animated talking as if they were outside my door and. It became uncomfortable to ask staff to hold talk more quietly. Otherwise they were pleasant and helpful but I dont think they understood the problem
