Stay was okay. Problem getting air conditioner working. This was resolved. Door to suite made a loud noise on opening (room 116), bathroom door out of alignment and a little difficult to close. Toilet bowel missing a rubber cover over floor fastener at base. Staff informed!

Great location and spacious room!

We stayed at this hotel last year for a London Bridge event and it was a no-brainer booking it for that same event this year. The staff was friendly and checking in was super quick. Our room was spacious and having the kitchenette is fantastic! The continental breakfast is pretty basic, but with a pancake maker machine. We enjoyed the simple breakfast every day.The location is perfect and in a great area. We will be booking this location when we return for future visits to Lake Havasu :)

GREAT LAKE HAVASU PLACE TO STAY!!!

Jason was amazing checking us in and accomodating a room change request!!! Very nice facilities and convenient to the London Bridge and Village. Definitely would stay here again. Great breakfast with the pancake robot machine!

Great Location and Value.

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was basic but a nice, well stocked variety. Easy to add to it if you wanted (bought sausage and cooked in our room to go with the pancakes). Daily room service was awesome. Bed was very comfortable- pillows could use an upgrade. My only slight complaint was we had to leave a day early from our week long stay and even though I paid directly to the hotel upon arrival, they weren’t willing to refund our last day because I had booked through hotels.com. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others, but book directly.
