room was not clean and updated like in the photos. lots of stains and holes in the walls. room smelled disgusting had to have the slider open the entire time. it clearly is not properly maintained at all. Website photos are very deceiving

Nice pool with a slight view of lake. Easy to walk to lake. Close to London bridge. Great location. Lots of parking.

This is top 2 most disgusting hotels we've ever stayed at. There are weeds everywhere. Stains on hallway carpet. Broken and missing tile in hot tub. Dog station trash overflowed both nights we were there. Sketchy people in their car in parking lot. When I asked they said people can pay $25 to stay overnight in the parking lot. People were smoking in the pool. Huge bags of trash left my elevator at least 24 hrs. We were given an "upgraded room" toilet lid was cracked. Lamp didn't work. Blinds were completely stupid looking and didn't block light. Lock on our door didn't work. Key card reader didn't work. I would rather go camping then ever go here again. Disgusting!

Lake Havasu Hotspot

Stayed for a month while searching for a permanent home. Had fiancee and 2 dogs in room. Reasonably comfortable and good amenities. Staff was excellent in accommodating us. Both dogs were treated like royalty. Will stay again in the future.

The clerk (Myra?) was PHENOMENAL! The interpersonal skills she displayed throughout the weekend, let me know that she has an exceptional and NATURAL service ability and good problem solving skills. It is very obvious she is confident in her abilities and can speak easily to various, types of people. I didn’t get a chance to thank her for the welcoming attitude that she gave me and my family.

Front desk staff was ridiculous. When to the desk twice, each time the young girl was having a conversation with another staff member & ignored me for several minutes. On one occasion she was complaining how she received the wrong raise only .30 cents & it should have been more & then it took several weeks or months to receive it. Didn't care that I listening ... very unprofessional.
