I love the staff, all the ladies were friendly and very nice and provided excellent service, the room need some upgrade and the carpet smell bad and old, they need to replace or remove it.

Not to good, Hotel needs a complete make over. The carpets are dirty,bathroom dirty,carpet in hallways filthy needs replacement, The manager wasn't friendly, would not let us check in at 2;35 pm after driving 41/2 hours

Room was decent/older but it was clean inside. It smelled like smoke in elevator and hallways so approaching the room I wasn’t happy but the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good for hotel standards, coffee was yucky if you are any kind of coffee person.

Overall it is a nice facility. The rugs in the hall and room are showing there age. Don't believe they are terribly dirty, but they look that what. Could be the design in the rugs. Price as reasonable. Overall the hotel was above expectations, couples with reasonable price, I would definetly stay here again.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel The location was great, close to everything I wanted to see. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I will definitely stay in it again.

Great hotel near everything
Sleep Inn Queensbury is a really great hotel. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are large, comfortable with all of the amenities. The complimentary breakfast has something for everyone. It is conveniently located between Lake George and Glens Falls. The shopping outlets are just minutes away.

I liked the breakfast and the location. Close to Lake George area, restaurants and shopping venues including the cutlets. Friendly and courteous staff. I didn't like the room, carpet smelled musty. Hallway rugs could use some shampooing to remove stains.

How does your property not have a portable shower chair for a handicapped guest. I find this unfathomable! The difficulty your guest had for our three night stay is something your management should think about. To have to sit on the shower floor and then need the assistance while naked to be helped up is embarrassing. I did mention this @ check out. The response “There is a WALMART across the street you may be find one there” is not the right answer. An adjustment to the bill should have been made. Again, UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My stay was quite disappointing due to several issues with the property. Many utilities were not working, including the bath and sink faucet. There was a broken table, and the baby crib mattress was very dirty. Additionally, the bedding had numerous dirty spots on it. The only positive aspect of my stay was the convenient location.
