The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was small but very nice and clean as well. I didn’t like that I could see the hall lights coming in around the door and the beds were very uncomfortable to be honest. Otherwise everything else was good.

I recently stayed at your hotel for two days. During my stay, the room was not cleaned on the second day. When I inquired, I was told that I should have informed the front office the night before, which I was not made aware of during check-in. Additionally, I reported a blocked hand sink, but no one addressed the issue throughout my stay. I am disappointed with the lack of basic housekeeping and maintenance services, and I hope you will take steps to improve communication and responsiveness in the future.

Best Western Lake George

Friendly staff. Did not try the breakfast. I was delighted to find the bed wasn't hard as a brick. We were comfortable. The hotel is a little old and could use some updating. No complaints.

Very Clean room.

This hotel is a little dated but that's what you get in the area. Location was right off the Highway which was great. It was very very clean which was great. I would stay here again for sure.

Do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was not a good experience. Our room was not clean, there was still garbage in there from the last person, it had not been dusted, there was hair (not from any of us) stuck in one of the beds and all over the floor, as well as hair ties. The floor had not been vacuumed and there were burn holes in one of the bedding sets. There were only two towels for 3 adults. We also had to ask for towels to even use the pool. We then asked for extra towels for our room, three times and we were told they would bring them up to us and we never received them. While trying to ask for the towels the first time, we were ignored at the front desk by a person who had their earbuds in. While that employee ignored us, another was just sitting in a chair listening to everything and did not offer to help. Unprofessionalism, and lacking in cleanliness. Very disappointed seeing as though we generally only stay in Best Westerns and never have any problems.
