Everything was great except for their quiet hour rule. There was constant pounding like kids jumping while trying to get my kids to bed after 10:00 pm and then someone pulled the fire alarm at 5:50 am, woke up the whole hotel and then kids pounding and running the rest of the morning. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well.

Great spring break!

Quick and easy check in process, with friendly and professional staff. We requested a room close to the water park and were thrilled to get the one right next to the water park, this was extremely helpful with little children.The condo was specious and clean with little kitchen and everything needed. Could use some remodeling and bigger beds; the bed in the room was barely a queen size. Loved all amenities, super fun waterpark, specious enough even though it was full, and something for kids all ages. Our kids loved the arcade and bowling. Overall our stay was great!

I like that it very close and mostly perfect for a young family. We had a great room . I called several times asking if is we could stay in water park after we chk out and was told no. However at check-in they issue wrist bands for the next day. 10 am to 8 pm!

It was great for kids for a little waterpark getaway. Food options were ok - we took a shuttle to Grand Geneva for more restaurants. It’s also close to downtown Lake Geneva

Loved the amount of things for the kids to do. We stayed busy, the waterpark was perfect for our kiddos, they had a blast. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and price was very reasonable!

We had to wait about 20 mins before we could get into our room. Also, I know they recently renovated the little kid area and we do not like having the big dump bucket by the kiddie area. Also, most water parks are free for 3 and under but TImber Ridge charges for 12 month olds. Was disappointed about that. Also, there were many very sticky spots on the floor through out the water park. It was gross and the pull out beds need to be updated. Ours was sinking down heavily.

Our room was much larger than I anticipated with an amazing jacuzzi tub and nearly full kitchen. The waterpark staff could have been more friendly, there were no towels, and the hours were not communicated correctly. We all had a good time!

We had an EXCELLENT stay. We were in a 2-bedroom suite, which was spacious and clean. The decor is outdated, but it was clean and comfy. The bed pillows were hard, and there were no blankets or spreads on the beds—only sheets and a duvet. I missed not having a blanket. In this suite, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, and silverware. The bathrooms do have a supply of shampoo/conditioner/ soaps. The showers did take a few minutes to warm up. The staff was AMAZING!!!! they were friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurants were good. They were a little pricey, but nothing was out of the norm for the area or a resort hotel. The waterpark was warm, CLEAN, and fully staffed with lifeguards. These lifeguards walked the entire pool deck at all times. They had plenty of tables & chairs, to put down your stuff. The pool towels were clean, warm, and large. they also have cabanas you can rent for a reasonable price. Check in and Check out was a breeze. The reasons I am not giving this place 5 star, is the outdated Decor, it didn't bother me, but it will both some. Those hard pillows and not having a blankets on the beds.

Everything was fine, excellent I’ll say. But on our second day of our stay my brother got injured on the water park and is not the fact that he got injured with one of the safety fences, the fact that we let it know to one of the life wards, girl was Amazing and doing her job apologizing for something completely out of her control. Whoever she called NEVER came to at least bring a bandage, the poor lifeguard was apologizing every second she came to us.
